Arthritis and joint pain
Hands , Wrist , knee are having unbearable pain and have swollen up. After Sitting I can't even stand up.I cannot any work. I have going under medication.
I can't lift any thing by my hand. Gripping of my hand is decreasing.

Tests for rheumatoid arthritis will be needed . ESR/CRP/RA FACTOR/ANTI CCP / ANA .

I suppose you are developing arthritis and probably rheumatoid arthritis. I would advise you to get the following tests done.

Serum Uric Acid
RA Factor
Anti CCP antibody
X-Ray: bilateral hand PA view on single film
