There are alot of reasons for Back pain like Injury , lifting heavy weight , mechanical , Arthritis, osteoporosis ,etc firstly rule out the cause. For that you might need to get a physical examination done by your nearest orthopaedic surgeon. Also precise clinical history is helpful to get an idea about the back pain, like : 1. When it started ? 2. Radiation of pain or numbness to either leg? 3. Pain in flexion or in extension ?? 4. If pain subsides after walking or moving around? 5. Do u have knee or ankle pain alongwith back pain? To get a cleared picture consider online consultation or to your nearest orthopaedic surgeon.
Next Steps
Get examined
