Knee joint pain while squats
Feeling pain in knee joints since 3-4 months while doing squats (no pain in walking or otherwise). Also my lower back starts paining on continuous standing at same position for 2-3 hours at a stretch. What should I do?

Hello dear Your knee pain while squatting and back pain is the result of muscular weakness in view of lack of exercise, increased workload amidst corona crisis and nutritional deficiencies. U need to be put on specific exercises and screened for nutritional deficiencies. Regards Dr Vipin Gupta
