Hi
I am experiencing pain in my right foot's heel from three weeks. It does not hurt much when I am walking around and working,,but if I sit down or relax for sometime and then try to get up and walk it hurts initially,, then gradually subsidies.
Please suggest a suitable remedy.

You are having calf stiffness of that leg which becomes more stiffer on sitting improperly and for longer duration. Thus you experience pain after rest. More the rest more time to get normal as the muscle gets stretched out on walking and remains stretched till you are on your feet.
Next Steps
need to evaluate your sitting habits and calf tightness. we can do a teleconsultation if you want
