Hi i am 37 yrs male from the last 15 days i am suffering pain in my both knees and left elbow if i use stairs my knee pains even sitting on ground and getting up is painful and if i stretch my legs and fold hand that also pain.
My vitamin D is 15.6 please help why this issue ia there
