While playing volleyball my right hand shoulder got caught and pains when I try to bend my arm behind and my shoulder feels heavy all the time

Detailed examination is needed , it can be done online and if needed a physical examination will help . This can be managed , but a diagnosis is needed

Hello dear Thanks for reaching out.. You have provided very little information for it to make some sense. You could have sustained a muscle tear in the shoulder or might be long standing weak rotator cuff muscles leading to straining of muscles around the shoulder.
