Mid back pain after pressing the spine .
From 2 days mid and upper back pain after pressing spine. And I had worked with the laptop with poor posture. The pain is because of pressing spine or sitting/bending and working. Can you suggest the treatment, tablet, exercises if any ?

Could be postural pain. If neck exercises and posture correction does not help , you should meet an Orthopedic / Spine doctor

Improve your posture. Avoid laptops use desktop instead. Monitor should be at least at the level of eyes and keyboard should be at least at the level of hands. Your back should be supported by chair ,no gap between chair and ur back. Do  regular exercise like walking,cycling and yoga. Back strengthening excercises

The pain might have been because of upper and mid back muscle spasm due to abnormal position while working . It is usually temporary but if pain is more you can take some medicines..
Next Steps
Start with hot fomentation,  analgesic with muscle relaxant, local analgesic ointment..
Health Tips
Avoid sitting down, avoid heavy work. start neck and shoulder movement exercises once pain settles down..
