I have been having back pain since 1 year.I am taking mobiswift-d which works ok but causes a lot of drowsiness...So is there any alternative to mobiswift-d which does not cause any drowsiness.

Can take other medication ,visit orthopaedic surgeon to find out the reason for pain and get diagnosed
