I'm getting pain from thigh region to calf in both the legs especially while getting up in morning. This is making me not sleep for extended hours and if I get up and walk for some 2-3 mins pain is reducing. I had a L5 S1 disc bulge last year and I'm currently doing work from home due to restrictions. Is it related to lower back pain or nutrition defeciency?

Hello dear
The pain you have described is unrelated to your disc bulge and is probably related to cartilage weakness in your knees and overlying weak muscles and nutritional deficiencies.
