1. Whats your routine like? Is it more of a sedentary sitting type or prolonged driving travelling type?
2. Did you lift any heavy weight at the onset of pain?
3. What hurts more: forward bending or backward?
4. Do you have associated pain in you legs or buttocks?
5. Any medical issues?
Any history of ? Injury,? Diabetes?thyroid disease,? Vitamin d deficiency.
Bad posture at workplace or home.?
Ur muscles may be in spasm causing pain.
