Backpain since one week,Unable to stand
Back pain since a week and since yesterday it has been paining more. It pains more while standing whereas the pain reduces when i sleep or lie down.

Hello dear Your back pain is possibly due to your weight and lack of exercises. However a few more relevant questions need to be answered: 1. Whats your routine like? Is it more of a sedentary sitting type or prolonged driving travelling type? 2. Did you lift any heavy weight at the onset of pain? 3. What hurts more: forward bending or backward? 4. Do you have associated pain in you legs or buttocks? 5. Any medical issues?

Any history of ? Injury,? Diabetes?thyroid disease,? Vitamin d deficiency. Bad posture at workplace or home.? Ur muscles may be in spasm causing pain. U needs detailed evaluation for your correct diagnosis for proper treatment.
