I am having pain in my palm area in left hand since two weeks it worsens at night and early morning also i feel little weakness when i do normal work numbness and tingling also some times

This pain may be sometimes related to nerve compression at the level of wrist.
Do you also notice any swelling in wrist or hand at night or in morning on waking up.

You can start with analgesic tablet, take vit b12 supplement, start Physiotherapy for strengthening the nerve tissue supplying wrist and hand.
