Pain in left hand since two weeks
I am having pain in my palm area in left hand since two weeks it worsens at night and early morning also i feel little weakness when i do normal work numbness and tingling also some times

Based on your symptoms can be a case of carpal tunnel syndrome.In this condition there is compression of nerve around your wrist region.
Next Steps

This pain may be sometimes related to nerve compression at the level of wrist. Do you also notice any swelling in wrist or hand at night or in morning on waking up.

You can start with analgesic tablet, take vit b12 supplement, start Physiotherapy for strengthening the nerve tissue supplying wrist and hand.

If not relieved, you may need to go for nerve conduction study of upper limb. Avoif heavy work with hands.
