You sprained your back muscles , might be an underlying disc bulge/rupture . However treatment remains the same . Back exercises , maintain a good posture  , walk as much as possible.

U have got spasm of paraspinal muscles of lower back . Post delivery  ur muscles of pelvis and lower back are stretched and weakened, easily fatigues and goes into spasm causing pain.

The pain that you are experiencing is most likely due to weakness of the abdominal muscles in the post pregnancy period. Other spinal issues would need to be ruled out.
