I have a persistent pain on my left lower back. I cannot sleep on my left side as pain increases if I do so. Only relief is when someone presses the point, and that relief only lasts for a couple of minutes.

Ur muscles of back are in spasm. May b Due to bad posture. Muscles fatigues and goes into spasm causing pain.
