Hello dear Keeping your entire profile in mind, you don' t seem to have a spine problem. Increased pain while walking barefoot points towards towards a mechanical problem of feet. You are possibly having flat feet. Make the underside of feet wet and make an impression on the floor...normally it should be broader towards the front and back and very narrow in between, if not you have flat feet.
Next Steps

One foot or both the feet ? Is it worse in the morning and then eases after sometime? Does it travel down the hip/thigh/calf to foot ?
