Hello dear Reading your post i can think of a multitude of possibilities for your pain and narrowing down the possibilities need more information and evaluation. 1. What kind of ligament injury are you talking about and how has it been diagnosed? 2. Do you have dilated blue veins over either leg? 3. Does the leg pain worsen after long walking? 4. Do you get feet swelling after walking? 5. Do you have any pain in the lower back? 6. Do you have tingling sensations over the leg or sole? 7. Do you have any medical problems? 8. Do you get additional symptoms like hair fall, acidity, cramps, forgetfulness, fatigue ? In the mean time i can only say treating pain without knowing the underlying cause would be a futile exercise.
