From mrng i had small headache n in evng i got fever with headache n also right arm got weakness I can't lift properly with no proper energy in mouth to speak. after 1 hour slowly recovering but got small pain in right side neck n in chest. Went to dr. He said get mri brain n cervical screening n reports says normal but dr. Says neck disc position changed some thing he said when look into MRI film. Take 5 days bed rest n with tablets given: GAPAPIN ME(100), ACETO PLUS, REJUNEX DC3. what exactly the problem didn't said. Exercise is enough for this issue? or tablets to take? No previous health issues n im an IT employee. Now im fine but small pain come n goes some times which i can sense. Kindly suggest the best.

De stress yourself. Sometimes it can happen in stress/ emotional component.
Do general conditioning excercises like walking,cycling and yoga.
Mind relaxation exercises like meditation.
Sometimes slimness, drowsiness or weakness do happen with medications.

The condition is called prolapsed intervertebral disc. But don’t worry it’s treatable and since you are feeling better with treatment then it shows you will get better. Medication is temporary till you feel better but for long term relief you need to learn exercises from a good trained physiotherapist. Most people have this problem as they are on computers for long working hours. You will need posture correction as well. That is the common cause why it occurs at such a young age.
