Your heel pain is due to your calf tightness and similarly your hip pain or back pain is due to stiffness of your muscles. This is probably due to your poor sitting habits where you sit most times keeping this leg crossed. You are having symptoms suggestive of carpal tunnel syndrome which is due to overuse of your hand, domestic and professional plus gadget use.
Next Steps
reduce the work on your hands. sit properly and for shorter duration
Your heel pain is due to planter facilities, that is inflammation of planter fascia ( a soft tissue over lying heel bone extended from heel to front of foot .
Since u r known case of hypothyroidism, both these conditions of plantar fasciitis and carpal tunnel are v common among hypothyroidism patients,so is the reason of ur weakness or lethargy or depressive symptoms.
