How to heal a sprained ankle
Healing my sister’s sprained ankle has become a challenge for us. We have tried every home remedy known to us and treatment of local doctors but the ankle isn’t being healed completely. Can someone tell me how to heal a sprained ankle successfully? The sprain occurred 5 days ago and still there is considerable pain.
