Pain in leg and foot
My mother has diagnosict with thyroid 3years back, 8 months back also diagnosis with cyst 2.5×2.6 in ovarian. But she has pain on or off  from last 2 years. She has pain below the knee , and feet , calf muscle , and pain in hand radius, some time she cant walk.. the place of pain feel like hot and  gets swollen  .CR, CRP are normal blood ESR is increasing. Kindly help.some report attached below.. in this time of covid 19 no doc available in my area pls suggest any medicine any possible..Thnx. some file attached.

As per reports your mother has osteoarthritis of both knees. Her symptoms as you mentioned suggest that she might have deformity also in both knees leading to all these problems. Share her xrays of possible.
Next Steps
Get help from a local physiotherapist and start her on knee exercises. Consult Orthopaedic surgeon as soon as you can.
