I have facing some problems 1. Neck and shoulder pain. 2. Dizziness,pain under collar bone 3. Difficulty in walking For neck pain I have done cervical spine x-ray. It shows I have bilateral cervical rib. Can all these symptoms are due to cervical rib?,

Check your posture. Being a student and the lockdown, you must be sitting a lot and working on your laptop and mobile. Prolonged looking down and gadget use can cause all the above mentioned symptoms.

There appears to be muscle spasm in cervical muscles.. there is a possibility of nerve compression as well. These complaints may be associated with cervical rib..
Next Steps
I will suggest you to start some medicines like analgesics and muscle relaxants, vit B12, calcium, vit d.. if you are not relieved, you may require MRI Cervical spine
