Spine pain !
I'm 8 months post csection delivery... i'm having spine pain since 4 months... what can I do for it? Can I start calcium? If yes pls name the med and what dose should I take. Pls help!

Seems after seeing your history there are so many reasons for this pain first you consult your doctor who did caesarean and antenatal care After that you need to consult some orthopedic surgeon

Ur back pain can have many causes ,- postural ie bad posture Pelvic infections ( PID ,vaginal discharge). Weak muscles and ligaments of pelvis ( during pregnancy under hormonal influence they got stretched leading to weakness). Or any disc prolapse. Sometimes patients wrongly attribute it to spinal injection during LSCS surgery. U needs detailed evaluation for your correct diagnosis for proper treatment. Start regular walking and simple exercises along with this you can take calcium supplement. If still pain persist contact doctor

I think your gynac must have already  added calcium to prescription.  PLZ CHECK IT FIRST. If not then I will suggest u get Sr calcium and vit d3 and vit b12 level checked and then start your. Medicine . *Mean time plz do hot water bag fomentation thrice per day for 20 min *Apply volini gel  THRICE PER DAY. Physiotherpy :- LEARN THIS EXCERSIES FROM PHYSIO AND CONTINUE AT HOEM FOUR TIME  /DAY FOR 3 MONTHS. 1. ABDOMEN CORE AND BACK STRENGTHNING EXCERSIES 2. HIP AND GULTEUS MUSCLE STRENGTH EXCERSIES 3.QUADRICEP AND HAMSTRING STRENGTHNING EXCERSIES
