Chronic Post Op Spine Surgery Pain 1 Yea
Lumbar Decompression & Instrumental Fusion in Sep 24 for Potts Spine @ Max Shalimar Bagh by a Spectialist Nuero & Spine Surgeon. Biopsy indicated no glaucomas and malignancy. Post Op Fungal Infection - Treated with Voricanazole 200 TDS - 3 Months Prescribed different medicines Post Op : Dalacin 200 TDS 5 months, Augmentin Duo 4months then stopped. Then Linezolid 200 BD , levofloxacin 750 OD 3 months ATK 4 Started in June + Linezolid BD + Levofloxacin 750 but stopped in July - Severe anaemia ( Hb 4.5 ) + Plancetopaniya, Iron overload, vomitilytis and sudden weight drop of 10 Kg in one month. Pain Meds : Ultracet, Etoricoxib 90, Indomethacin 75 SR but doesn't work. Currently on : Levoflox 750, Ethambutol 1gm, Rifampicin 600, Indocap SR 75 BD + Rose Up Ultra Suffering from severe chronic low back pain in spine and SI Joints since operation. PT continued since surgery Regular on Calcium Citrate, MultiVIT, Gabapentin AT 300 No failed back fusion, no implant issue ESR 9, CRP 4.5
