If you are right dominant then this pain can be a sort of muscular spasm due to your lifestyle and posture. Laptop, mobile use, contributing to domestic activities and other activities leading to overwork of those muscles can be the cause.
Next Steps
if required we can do a teleconsultation.
Health Tips
focus on activities of daily living that you feel are stressful.

I suggest u to get your self examined either with gynac or general surgeon for your breast examination . It Can also be due to tight  brassiere  but geting your self examined is no harm . Some blood test :- Cbc - check for low red cell Renal function test - check for kidneys function well Sr calcium level - is it to high or normal.  Serum protiens level - check for albumin level Urine routine :- check protien in urine . This above test gives you an outline if  any underlying prblm is there which need to be further investigated and correlate clinically. As your age is only 19 less likely any major prblms Above test to be done only after geting your self examined.  And if they suspect some prblm then to go ahead with above test.  Hope this will help u.
