Thoraco lumbar strain
I was diagnosed with tls on dec 2019 since then my treatment is going on ..on my first visit my doctor gave me acefile p and calcium tablets In the next intacoxia 90 then only a gel to apply then again acefile p and then intacoxia and now today kenac p twice a day for 10 days..i am.aware they are painkillers.. should i continue the dose?

I presume you are a student studying and probably too much into gadgets. The lockdown must have increased the use with some domestic activities as well. The pain is more due to your poor posture creating stress on the muscles. The need is to work in an ergonomic manner and give a good environment to your muscles to settle down.

U needs detailed evaluation like any history of injury or lifting weights or bending forward or excercises.? Any history of diabetes or thyroid disease or morning stiffness? Since  2019 u r taking pain killers but no relief And yes you should discontinue it. Visit a physiotherpy centre :- - SWD for  low back region (thoraco lumbar region ) - abdomen core muscle streching excersies - low back muscle strech and strengthening exercises - gluteus muscle strength excersies -hip abductors strengthning excersies - quadricep and hamstring strengthening excersies Learn this excersie and perform daily at home .
