Thoraco lumbar sprain
I am suffering from thoraco lumbar sprain from almost an year now ..i asked some questions here can i do skipping that is jump ropes many said that wait for 6 weeks it will cure but i am suffering from this almost from an year. Can i do skipping? I am not going to visit a doctor unless the situation of the virus gets to normal

Seems like u r SUFFERING from muscle spasms and fatigue pain Due to lockdown may be u should avoid doing exaggeration or avoid high intensity exercises like skipping U can gradually start after 1 week rest
