Thoraco lumbar sprain
I recently asked a question that i am suffering from thoraco I sprain ..can i do skipping i.e jump ropes but every doctor said it to avoid skipping...any other exercise woh reducing weight that can be done by someone who is suffering from thoraco lumbar sprain?

You should first start with general conditioning excercises like walk and back strengthening . Once you are comfortable with that then you can start with other activities like you mentioned

It will heal max of six weeks. No bending or lifting weight until then. Do back muscle strengthening exercises once the pain settles and do skipping. Consult orthopaedic dr.
