Sudden lower back pain.
I was normal in morning today. But suddenly when I try to sit in floor I got a severe pain in my lower back especially in left side. I'm unable to resist and sit because of this pain. No accidents or injury happened to me recently. Please advise what should I do?

Such kind of sudden pain is usually due to spasm of muscle around your back which can cause severe pain . The spasm has multiple causes and one of the common cause of bad posture .
Next Steps
I would have to rule out some red flag signs therefore would want you to consult on Practo with me

Let us know if the pain is only in lower back? As you mentioned the pain is in the left side. So is it in the left leg or on left side of the back?
Next Steps
If pain only in back then it might be just a spasm If the pain is radiating to your lower limb then we suspect the disc bulge
Health Tips
For now bed rest for 3 days should help

The pain might have occurred due to acute muscle spasm of lower back muscles.. There is also a possibility of sudden disc bulge leading to compression and inflammation of nerve root causing this severe pain.
Next Steps
I will suggest you to take complete bed rest for now. Start with Hot fomentation, Analgesic with muscle relaxant like Tab. Miofree A 4 mg twice daily for 5 to 7 days along with Rabeprazole 29 mg once daily. You can also apply local analgesic ointment over the site of pain 3 to 4 times daily
Health Tips
Avoid heavy work, avoid sitting down,  avoid Indian toilet
