Arthritis, spinal fracture
There was a spinal fracture last year for which the patient was bed ridden for 6 months, and she wears belt. After 6 months she does light household work but can't stand for more than 20mins and goes to bed. She feels as if there's some gap inside her body and don't feel stable while walking. He Arthritis problem is also there for the past 20 years. Recently she's is experiencing more pain along with swelling in different parts of the body due to Arthritis. The pain keep moving from shoulder, wrist, Knee, Heel, even tooth jaws etc... She feels constant gas problem, where she keeps getting constant burps which are very discomforting for her...

There is a possibility of nerve compression following spine fracture that time which might be causing pain and instability. Were some other investigations like MRI done at that time. She may continue the medicines for Arthritis. Gastric reflux can be reduced with some medicines like Rabeprazole, Digene syrup
Next Steps
Use Spine support belt while standing and walking . Need to get X ray to see the status of fracture.  MRI may be required for better understanding of the problem.
