I want strong bone and wide size because of I can gain my weight and muscle and power and personality plz tell me supplement or treatment

After performing bent-over rows in the gym, I have been having pain between two of my vertebrae in my lower back. The pain subsides after I sleep. But throughout the day, there is constant pain in all positions. Please advice.

I have a physical problem/disorder. My body has muscle imbalances and I have been suffering from this problem since years. I keep getting unusual pains and when I go to gym my muscles grows improperly and my arms look weird. I am screwed up! Please help me out.
