Popping sound in chest bone
I am Rajat Sood 25 year old male from delhi. When I make movements or changing sides while sleeping I feel a popping/crackling sound somewhere in chest bones near heart. Please help me. It started after I started going to gym a month back. Oif I sneeze I feel pain there. I am ver much worried now. Please help doctor
