Bone & Muscle problems

I think i have sprained my back (mostly pain on left side) while suddenly bending and carrying my 2 year old kid. I am unable to bend down properly and unable to wear socks or shoe (left side back hurts). No problem with, sitting on sofa or walking or lying down. Difficulty while getting in a car or getting down from car. Could it be due to hernia or slip disk? No pain or discomfort elsewhere. No problem while passing urine. Any medication you could suggest?

Hello, Im facing lower back pain and leg pain. Not able to sit and bend. Doctor gave me pantop 40 and hifenac mr tablet. I took 2days still pain not gone. Please suggest me some good tab or gel.

How long it takes to cure frozen shoulder.  When the pain is likely to be subsidised. Whether it needs Continous physiotherapy.

My mother has lots of pain in left shoulder and arm, she is unable to move her arm. I consulted with general physician, he told me that she is suffering from frozen shoulder and asked to do exercises. She is doing exercises from 2 3 months and also taking medicine which doc gave. I am suffering from lower back pain from last 5-6 months as the doctor suggested today for MRI REPORTS ARE AS MENTIONED BELOW 1. Focal T1/T2 hyperintensity is noted in L4 VERTEBRAL BODY SUGGESTIVE OF Hemangioma. 2.L3-4 LEVEL & L4-5 LEVEL - DIFFUSE disc bulge indenting the anterior thecal sac with no nerve root indentation. Please suggest is it normal & what's mean by HEMANGIOMA. SUGGEST for the treatment.

Do I need to wear a sports shoes or sandals for a sprained ankle ? Last year when I had a sprained ankle in the other leg I used to wear normal sandals with ankle support bandage and it had worked fine.

What kind of sports shoes do we need to wear when he have a sprained ankle? Any type of sports shoes are fine OR are there any specific ones which we need to wear? Also is a normal sports shoes fine ?
