I recently asked a question that i am suffering from thoraco I sprain ..can i do skipping i.e jump ropes but every doctor said it to avoid skipping...any other exercise woh reducing weight that can be done by someone who is suffering from thoraco lumbar sprain?

I have pain on my left toe from yesterday. Whenver i try io walk or out pressure on it it hurts. I used ice pack for some time the pain eases but again it erups and also appliedturmeric lime mixture on it. Whenever i put on leg down it starts hurting.

I am suffering from ankylosing spondylitis past 12 year. In 2014 i am diagnosed with TB, after TB treatment i couldn't walk without support, my spinal core bent down, my body flexibility go down and i always have pain in my joints & lower back. In past 6 year i took allopathy, homeopathy, ayurveda treatment but no improvement.

My mom had a knee jerk resulting in her limping gait and an extreme pain. Her orthopaedic doctor used an injection to suction out a yellow liquid and put her on Osicare Plus for 10 days plus 6 weeks continuous. It has already been more than 1 month 1 week, but I am concerned that how can antibiotics be given at such a high dosage! She does experience slight improvement in her pain, but she is still limping and this improvement ain't consistent. Any thoughts on this medicine plus treatment would be helpful.

Hi dr, i m 38 yr old n my hight is 5.5 ft n weight is 75 kg . From last fews weeks my right leg is paining alot tht pain is from knee to foot n i m nt able to rectify the paining nerve, exactly where it is paining nt able to understand, bt i m not able to sleep peacefully n facing difficulty in standing n sitting works,and there is no swelling at all, plz help me dr. Is it serious issue, wht precautions to be taken.

I am suffering from lower back pain since 18 months the pain is only when I am in sitting. If I am in relaxing phase it recover automatically. Pain plays hide and seek with me. My weight 98 kg my age 28. Height 173 cm. I visited many doctors physiotherapist but no relief. xray are normal but 1 doctor said it is spondylolysis pars interarticular defect. Other 2 doctors and 2 physiotherapist told it is not spondylolysis. The pain is only in lower back. There is no pain in legs and buttucs. I sit 8 hours daily but now I'm relaxing but pain not cure I am very confused what is this in this young age the pain continue since 18 months please suggest what is this?? And treatment iam taking calcium tablet since 2months

Dear sir, I am taking Gabapin NT 400 and approx two month now. I was taking for sciatica problem. Now I am feeling well and not having pain pain and leg pain. Can I suddenly stop this medicine or I should split 200 mg and gradually stop. Please suggest

Hello sir/mam...my mother is having pain at the base of the thumb since 2years. Earlier she couldn't bend her thumb backwards properly and there was clicking or popping sound. Also while doing any activities the pain increased. There was restricted mobility and thumb would get locked in straight position. This happened after my mother had fallen on ground accidentally . No x-ray done till now Doctor prescribed no medicine only asked to soak hand in warm water. Followed instructions of doctor but no improvement. The condition deteriorated few days ago as now she is even not able to bend thumb backwards at all. It can be bent forwards but gets stuck or locked up in straight position most of the time. She is also suffering from diabetes since 20years. Plz suggest what to do.
