Severe back pain since two months , issues while sitting and getting up due to pressure at the back , can't sleep properly due to the pain Medicines taken are Flexura D and ointment spray relispray

Hello, I fell down the stairs on 24th feb which resulted in shin area wound, bruises, swollen knees& ankle. I visited orthopaedic surgeon and he said that you have minor wound & minuscule tissue injury around ankle which will heal over time with RICE.The knee & ankle swelling disappeared within a week but I observed pus drainage in my wound.After that I took augmentin for 12 days and my wound got covered with scab in the end of March but was surrounded with some swelling & redness. On 30th March, I started experiencing pain in my legs (knees) which became excruciating after few days & both of the knees started swelling. My doctor prescribed me 5 days dose only of Linid and signoflam as he was suspecting septic arthritis. After physical examination, I stopped medicine as per doctor . My knees are still painfully swollen( sply left) from 14 days now. All tests are normal (CRP, ESR, CBC, Vit D3, Diabetes, B12). Lymphocyte has increased 44.9 and last week it was 33.7. Kindly advise.

Please advice me what should I do to get rid of pain caused by swelling in my left hand and left toe ... My right foot and neck is also  paining ...I got arachitol injection injected on 11th April after that I am feeling very weak and swelling has increased in my left arm and toe ...sometimes I feel sudden pain in my teeth also ..my mouth is not opening completely and I have been noticing a wisdom teeth growth in my mouth in upper jaw left side...please I request what should I do to get relieved ...I am unable to sleep for 4days continuous...🙏🏻🙏🏻 Help me I am unable to bear the pain..I have attached photo swelling in my toe , swelling is also in my left arm..there are very few doctors open in my area what's I am requesting you to help me..🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 I am 18yrs old

Hello doctor, When my husband got up from his sleep he had neck pain on the right side .. He used hot water bag and volini spray on the painful area to get relief... But the pricking pain hasn't gone but is radiating into his right shoulder and into the upper arm whenever he sits down... And also he is feeling slight loss of strength in the right upper arm...He has no pain in the mentioned areas while lying down..

As the reports of mri says partial thickness tear of the supraspinatus tendon and the tear is of 11mm .does this requires surgery

Hi I'm feeling very week with moderate body pains. Hands legs and back. I have not stepped out of home for the last 3-4 weeks. Using medicine for GERD. (Omez D). Started multivitamin tablets 1 a say since yesterday.

Feeling pain in both shoulder also pain in back bone and both legs bow knee I am also patient is sugar fasting sugar is 120 app

Fell while running on roadside. Doctor has adjusted and put bandage. When can i start gym, pull-ups .. badminton? Attached pre and post adjusted x Ray.

Have pain ( some times severe) in Ribs (Upper chest and left is the most) , Shoulders ,Neck ,Back of the head ,Side head ,Hands and also tooth sensitivity  . Some uneasyness in stomach.All these occurs daily .All the symptoms are majorly left side and less seen on right part . Had Vit D deficiency and B12 , 3 months back but after medication they are back to normal .But symptoms still persists .Not sure it is because of the deficiency . Consulted doctor again and as prescribed started taking Vit D( Weekly) tablets ,VitB12(daily) and OsteoFit Max (Daily) .This is from last 4 days . Exposing to sunlight morning daily from 4 days . So far no improvement . please help me . 1)How much does it take for these medicines to Start showing improvement . 2) Are symptoms correlating to any other issue . If any  pattern from these symptoms, please guide me to test/check them . 3) Any suggestions . PLEASE HELP NOTE : Last week had ECG ,TMT tests done .Last month Echo .All reports are normal .
