Pain in both legs
I have been suffering from pain from last couple of days at Shin area. I not doing any exercise or any physical activity due lockdown situation. Feeling pain inbetween knee and ankle part. However got relief temporary while taking pain killer but need to know reason to sort out complete daigonsed.

It's due to stress fracture, due to excessive exertion Take tab Zerodol SP twice daily for 5 days Tab Enzogrip trice daily for 3 days Tab CCM daily once for 15 days Take rest , avoid running
