Knee cap only for left knee Meniscus torn . Need to be physically examined and check clinical signs  how significant mensicis tear is If it's significant and depend on its location  as your young if repairable , we repair it with suture anchor threads if it is irreparable or small tear we trim that area so it doesn't come in between bone while sitting standing walking  and cause pain You need to visit an knee arthroscopy surgeon ( called  sport specialist  also ).
