Hello, I understand your concern. Swelling post removal of cast is mainly due to soft tissue injury that has occurred due to the fracture. It is advised to keep your hands elevated at all times and continuous physio therapy might help. Post your x-Rays if possible

Only keep your arm elevated.( STRICTLY) MAXIMUM TIME for 7 days . It will help to reduce swelling Ice fomentation for 20 min thrice / day for 7 days. ( Do not apply ice direct to skin ) Crape bandage to be used and not wrist band . crape bandage To be applied firmly and should not be applied too tight or too loose. ( If it applied too tightly as it's elastic  it will decrease blood circulation in your hand and can cause further serious  damage ) Tab phlogam  one tablet to be taken  ( morning - aftrnoon- evening)  for 7 days. ( Better take before food , if acidity problem then take after food ) Tab limcee one tablet in   ( Morning & evening )  for 7 days. To be taken with food. ( If no allergy to vitamin c containing  food)
Health Tips
it may  take 3-4 week time to reduce so keep patience and keep a watch on it.   kindly take a follow up after 7  days  with  Orthopaedic doctor in your area .

Yes... crepe bandage is enough. But always get it checked n prescribed by nearby doctor. Plenty of physical exercise is most important now.
