Take tablet dolo 650 1 tablet twice daily.
Tab chymoral forte 111 for 3 days.

Xray shoulder ap view and axillary view. To rule out bony injury .
Visit a Orthopaedic doctor for examination
If there is soft tissue injury then he might require Mri shoulder . Mri will be decide only after ruling out bony injury and clinical examination for his shoulder.

till then apply ice thrice per day for 20 min (ice not to be applied directly to skin)
