Body pain (bones and joints)
My mother is suffering from body ache for past one year.she complains of having pain in bones and joints also feels weakness and fatigue during whole day.earlier she had been on treatment for osteoporosis so was taking calcium and multivitamin pills as prescribed by doctor but it didnt seem that she got any cure.kindly advice me something.

Hello,
I can understand your condition.
Her generalised body ache like in joints, bones and muscles can be due to:
1) Osteoporosis (she has been already diagnosed, the cause of Osteoporosis in her age is menopause, most commonly but there are other causes as well, that is to be fine out)
2) Fibromyalgia- for that I need to ask detail questions.
3) Any Rheumatological disorder.
To distinguish among these, need to ask detail questions like quality of sleep, any gastric problem, for that please connect with me through Procto.

1) Avoid lifting heavy objects
2) small bit of stretching
3) continue calcium tablets as before
