History is v vague . Pain in knee for last 6 years. ? Any history of injury or history of diabetes or thyroid disease History of inflammatory disease like RA ,Gout. Ur weight is also v much putting pressure over the cartilage of ( greasing material in knee ) knee joint,causing pain . U needs detailed evaluation for your knee problems for correct diagnosis then only proper treatment can be done. It's already 6 years u r taking medicine. Knee pain   since 2014. Any diagnostic test like x-rays and mri done ?  Who has prescribe above  Medicine u have mentioned in your questions ? What was the diagnosis given to you? Knee pain on sitting /standing /walking / stair climbing ? You need proper clinical examination by Orthopaedic doctor and proper investigation for it like MRI knee  as this problem is from long time. And your weight is 90 kg.  You should also work on it. Physiotherpy excersies :- to strengthning your knee hip and back muscles

You can continue taking paracetamol for a long time with lesser side effects.. Aceclofenac if taken for a long time may have side effects..  Since you have knee pain possibly due to osteoarthritis,  you can also start exercises if possible.. It's better you share more details for getting a better idea of your disease..

You may plan surgery if pain is severe due to osteoarthritis..
