Swelling in right leg knee
She fell down while walking 2 months back and that time she didn't noticed any swelling but now from last 15 days she have swelling in his right knee and  pain that she can't stand for long and can't walk. PS: She have pain in both legs from last few years and eating calcium tablets and calcium granules with milk but now calcium tablets not help her in relieving pain. Please suggest some tablets,balm/gel, exercise that relieves pain and swelling.

It s better we examine her clinically before declaring a diagnosis , I would still wanna see some xrays at the time of fall or the latest available . Until then elevation and cold fermentation will help

There can be underlying soft tissue injury. At time of  fall ,their might be small sprain on knee ligaments (ACL /PCL) or injury to cushion like structure (meniscus)   over period of two months it has been agrevated. Other possibilities there can be soft tissue tightness as it was injured  like ITBs ,( IT band syndrome) etc. Advice to visit near by orthopaedic surgeron for examination if possible and sos get Mri knee to be done.

-rest -limb elevation  over pillow -ice application 20 min thrice per day (do not apply direct to skin). - volini gel thrice per day - for medicine prescription u need to consult us on practo or your near by ortho.
