Stiff neck pain specially in night
I have a stiff pain in my neck for last two days.it get worse when in night when I go to sleep and after 4 -5 hours can not move my neck.. I am previously diagnosed with fibromyalgia once 3 year back..is it related to that?? I have the prescription uploaded unable to understand what my doctor prescribed other than the medication that time. I have attached the same

Hi there,
this looks like a muscle strain of u neck and para spinal muscles.
at home you do local cold water fomentation for ICe for 10 minutes 2 times a day
don't take any pain killer by your own.
If more and more stiffness spell to see the nearby Orthopaedic doctor or consult the online Orthopaedic doctor for further discussion and treatment.
