I was once diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2017.. now as I am working from home in laptop for prolonged ours I have. Stiff ain in my back again...it hurts more while I sleep .please advise any medication or any gel

Yes indeed Fibromyalgia is a lifestyle problem (Genetic + psychosomatic) as pointed out by my fellow orthopaedic surgeon.
If you have already diagnosed as Fibromyalgia then I understand that have you must have undergone some blood tests like CBC/ESR/RA/CRP/ANTI CCP/B12/D3 etc.
Along with medications(allopathy drugs) I suggest you need counselling,relaxation techniques and stretching programme (Regular home physio).
You can definitely improve by positive reinforcement.

Avoid sitting for long time, avoid lifting heavy weights, follow ergonomics while working.
