It can be cured. Fibromyalgia is a diagnosis where you are getting off and on pains at multiple parts with all relevant investigations to be normal or not supporting your pain. But your pains are genuine and due to muscles that feel overworked. This is due to lifestyle meaning the way they are used for all these years. The home maker has the most challenging work in her schedule. You need to identify the activities that gives you pain and then modify them in a tailored ergonomic manner. Also stretching exercises.
