Stiffness in knee
When I sleep in cooler or a.c I feel severe below knee joints and buttocks pain , what could be the reason,is it possible in fibromyalgia

No fibromyalgia differs from what you are experiencing. Due to cold temperatures reduced blood muscle supply to muscles leads to cramps.
Next Steps
Try sleeping with normal room temperature. Keep warm packs below knee if you are sleeping in AC.

Its due to nerve sensitivity.. Stop sleeping in cold environment for long time

It may be due to locall strain nothing related to AC get Doppler done if it repeats can be vascular

It is not related to fibromyalgia. This is joint stiffness due to cool temperature. Avoid if it is not severe. If it is bothering you, apply hot bags
