A injury occured in middle finger of right hand there was swelling near the joint of finger and pain when the finger use to bent .Or use to get fold.please prescibe the medicine

If you have injury then it is advisable to take an xray.
If xray is not possible due to lockdown then it is advisable to immobilise the finger by strapping/ buddy tapping the fingers.

If you have just had this injury, avoid using the hand. Strap 2 of the fingers together with a tape at home. Use Ice packs.
