Muscle pain in shoulder of right hand
I am doing gym exercise from 15 days continually but after 15 days my right shoulder and elbow start paining now almost today is 5 days until today pain is still the same . When i walk and movement of hand start it painful more. I took medicine like aclofenac and vitamin tablet suggested by one doctor but no response. Please suggest me some medicine and dos and don'ts.

Hello it seems u r SUFFERING from tendinitis which is a inflammatory condition of muscle and tendon where it gets inserted on bone U can give rest for few days to affected extremity Do ice applications And slowly u can get back to ur routine

I understand that you strained your neck while doing exercise 2 weeks ago . And since then you are having pain in the right upper limb it did not settle with painkillers , The pain is increasing and you are also having weakness of shoulder moment or elbow movement. You need further investigations like an MRI cervical spine . Please use cervical collar send avoid lifting weights and exercises continue the same medication if it doesn’t settle within one week within one week you need an MRI
