Groain pain when
Three days ago i went for a run.It was about 20 mins and i also did some bodyweight squats. I am having pain in the groin and sometimes abdomen area .I guess it is the adductor muscles. What should i do?

Is the pain localised to the groin? Do you have any numbness? Any other symptoms, like problem with urination?

Hi As per your history it is typical of muscle soreness or strain. You need not to worry it will get settle in usual course. You can apply cold packs and take pain killers as and when required.
