Good Morning Sir/Mam,
I am doing gym exercise with weights but after i finished my exercise i feel pain in my right hand. When i walk and hand movement is there then pin increase from shoulder to full hand. But when i sit and do nothing then it reduces and only pain in shoulder and elbow. No pain in neck. Pain in under the shoulder area.
I took Aclofenac and vitamins tablets but when i took medicine it reduces and again this started.
I am suffering from last one week from this.
Please suggest some good medicine for this and do's and don'ts

You seem to have vaguely described your symptoms about pain in shoulder and elbow following exercises in Gym. There was a similar query 2 days back and I suggest you dont need to overstrain your muscles at gym
As you described the pain mainly looks like tendonitis due to exercises. and you can take medication and treatment with fomentation.
