Right Hand Pain due to gym exercise
Good Morning Sir/Mam, I am doing gym exercise with weights but after i finished my exercise i feel pain in my right hand. When i walk and hand movement is there then pin increase from shoulder to full hand. But when i sit and do nothing then it reduces and only pain in shoulder and elbow. No pain in neck. Pain in under the shoulder area. I took Aclofenac and vitamins tablets but when i took medicine it reduces and again this started. I am suffering from last one week from this. Please suggest some good medicine for this and do's and don'ts

You may have nerve compression at neck due to disc bulge.so you need further evaluation. Consult with me directly through practo for further information

Please do rotator cuff strengthening exercises for atleast half hour before doing weights. Also wear tennis elbow brace while doing weights
