Neck pain occurs after Gym
Hello Health Experts, I have got neck pain during Gym multiple times and this time it was more painful..The pain get elevated mostly at night after sleeping... The 3 days phisio didnt help to cure the pain completely but some how it is shifted to only one side now.. I have consulted ortho doctor and did a xray and he said there is a disc degeneration... But i am concerned about how intensive it is and how long needed the pain to go and start exercises... I m putting the xray image below and expect valuable suggestions...

Get your vitamin d3 level done. Start physio . Icepacks. 3 timesa day rehab for neck. Consult as soon as these things are done
