Neck pain while turning head
While turning head my neck and part across neck is paining like hell. I was well but when I woke up in the morning i get into this problem.

Hello.! It could be neck spasm or strain..!! Visit any physio for some heat therapy n most important mobilization and neck manipulation.!! 5-7 day sessions,, i think thst would be fine.! Take care..!!
