Gym with plates and screws in hand
I had an accident and fractured my wrist 5 years ago when I was 17. My doctor had put a T shape plate in my wrist along with 7 screws. I am joining a gym now, can going to the gym and lifting weights injure me again?

If it was operated 5yrs back and you have no pain in the wrist and full range of movement you can do all exercises in gym. Though how much load can be given to wrist can be commented only after seeing a recent Xray.
