Pain in wrist
There is a painful lump on inner side of my wrist... constant pain around the lump area ....due to this there is pain in my forearm also ... attached photo for the same ... .. please help

It is only a fluid filled cyst called as ganglion. Just give gentle massage over that.if it is disturbing more need to do aspiration of cyst or surgical removal. Consult with me directly through practo

It's a ganglion cyst. Rarely it causes pain. You can take an anti-inflammatory for five days and once lockdown is over, if it's persisting you can get it excised it by an orthopedician.

Don't worry its just a ganglion which is a small synovial fluid filled cyst around tendon usually around wrist. It is usually asymptomatic but can rarely cause pain . If you are experiencing pain than just ice it and take tab lyser d twice daily after meals for 10 days , after curfew get it checked and it can be excised if problem persists.
